1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only issued in cases where:

Important Requirements:
To qualify for a refund due to a damaged product:
You must provide a clear and unedited video showing the entire unboxing process.
The video must include:
The intact Uneeklee package seal before opening.
A continuous recording of the unboxing process from start to finish.
Clear evidence of damage to the product.
The video must be submitted to us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. To request cancellation, contact our support team at support@uneeklee.com with your order details.After Dispatch:
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may still be eligible for a refund if the product is damaged (see Section 1).
3. Refund Process for Damaged Products
If your product qualifies for a refund, here’s how the process works:
Submit Your Request:
Email us at support@uneeklee.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Attach your unboxing video and provide your order number, full name, and a description of the damage.
Review and Approval:
Our team will review the video and details within 3-5 business days.
If approved, we will notify you via email.
Refund or Replacement:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the damaged product is returned and verified.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive a replacement product.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Conditions That Invalidate Refunds
Refund requests will not be approved under the following circumstances:
The product is not damaged.
No video evidence of the unboxing is provided.
The video does not clearly show the package seal or the damage.
Requests are submitted after the 48-hour window.
